Here’s a recap of the fourth week of Keto. Nov 30 – Dec 6, 2020.
This update is coming in over a week late because wasn’t feeling well last week and had to skip keto for a week. But I’m feeling all better now, and super motivated and back in now. 30 Nov -93.3KG – 206lbs | 30.6% fat
6 Dec -92.7KG – 204lbs | 29.5% fat
This week I dropped a decent 0.6KG, which is just under 1.5lbs lost but what was really surprising was a 1% drop in body fat to 29.5%, that’s one of the biggest week over week changes for me.
I don’t think that loss is sustainable though, as mentioned above I wasn’t feeling well, had the runs and probably some of the weight loss was just water weight. Not going to share any recipes this week but will try to do that in my next update.
